**Responsibilities**:
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Architect to join our award-winning team based in Madinah, KSA.

We envisage success in this role to include:
- Leading architectural design efforts for high-rise and hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with local regulations, client requirements, and international best practices.- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and project managers.- Reviewing and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.- Coordinating with client representatives, authorities, and contractors throughout all project phases.- Providing mentorship to junior architects and ensure adherence to design standards and quality benchmarks.- Participating in design charrettes, workshops, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.- Monitoring site progress and provide architectural oversight during construction phases.- Ensuring integration of sustainability, cultural sensitivity, and innovation in design solutions.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture.

**Luxury 5-star Hotel and high rise construction experience is essential.**
