Our client: A leading FMCG firm in the Kingdom is looking for a Manager
- Financial Planning. The role supports strategic management decisions by providing financial and operational assessments.
Your role: The Manager - Financial Planning is responsible for compiling the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly management reporting and analysis, and ensuring accuracy in management information. Support and recommend financial and operational assessment of strategic options to ensure sound financial decision-making. Develop AOP and forecast accurately and proactively provide opportunities/risks to management. Monitor, control, and seek approval of all capital expenditures (Capex) in line with company policy. Review operational expenses to ensure integrity and policy compliance. Prepare management reports with analysis of profit and loss (P/L) and balance sheet (B/S) within set timeframes to facilitate management decision-making. Evaluate ad hoc business proposals, implement Business Process Transformation (BPT), and develop business tools to enhance organizational capability. Prepare and present economic model competition analysis and analyze their impact on the business to ensure an outward focus monitoring market trend. Maintain the Plant monthly projections and regularly update them per contracts and agreements. Compile and review monthly NR (non-recurring) reports, meeting deadlines, and providing insight into variance analysis. Manage the payments for Plant contractually. Timely delivery of Strategic Plan, AOP, and forecast. Timely and accurate delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business proposals. Monitor and control of Capex budget. Control and policy compliance of A&M (administrative and marketing) expenses. Timely and accurate management reports.
Must haves: ACA / ACCA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance qualification. 5 years of planning experience. Fluent in English & Arabic. Proficient in ERP Finance.
