This role will report to Chief Operating Officer, and work closely with Business, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver the best experiences and business outcomes possible through leveraging technology and driving both product and business metrics around business problems that we have.

**Job functions of a **Country Manager** in **KSA**:

- Improvise TruKKer’ s operational, commercial, and policy strategies in Saudi Arabia
- Owning the entire P&L performance, and financial optimization of the Country to reach profitability targets.
- Developing long-term relationships and key partnerships with strategic entities in the market (i.e., Government, General Authorities for Roads. etc.) for the growth of the business.
- Monitor, Analyze and Improvise key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Responsible for Devising strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs.
- Responsible for ensuring fulfilment (Demand v/s Deployment) of trucks in KSA is 100% across all stations and satellite offices. This needs to be measured and discussed daily with respective station/ regional managers to make sure that Demand and Supply Acquisition is working hand in hand.
- Build and maintain relationships with the industry leaders, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals

- Tech Implementation - Ensuring Trukker regional and group level technology implementation programs across carriers and drivers are implemented and executed 100%.
- Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.

**Requirements for **Country Manager** jobs in **KSA**
- 10+ years proven success in a similar role - leading operations/logistics especially in a trucking-based logistics firm.
- Entrepreneurship mentality. Must be a self-starter and leader that assumes the risks and rewards of running innovative and sustainable operations.
- Passionate about the overall goals of a trucking/logistics marketplace and sustainable transportation.
- Evidence of complete ownership of a complex project with many partners highly valued. A competent, decisive, and optimistic leader that can rally many teams and stakeholders to achieve a shared vision
