**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed architectural and civil drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
- Develop plans, sections, elevations, and detail drawings from rough sketches, specifications, and calculations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.
- Ensure drawings are compliant with local codes, regulations, and standards.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and preparing BOQs if required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
- Maximum 3 years of drafting experience in architectural or civil projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing, technical standards, and drawing conventions.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
