**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Demonstrates proficiency of job tasks and job knowledge for the position on a daily basis. Refer to list of job tasks and job knowledge in training guide.
- Displays a positive Guest service and teamwork attitude by communicating courteously with guests and employees.
- Smiles at guests and fellow employees.
- Greets guests and fellow employees.
- Fulfills guest requests or suggests alternatives courteously.
- Demonstrates teamwork spirit when working with other employees.
- Adheres to Rosewood's quality standards and productivity guidelines for the position.
- Attends work on time and as scheduled
- Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees.
- From time to time performs other duties as requested by his supervisor
- Support and lead the energy conservation program of the hotel.
- Support and lead the green hotel activities.
- Active member of the fire intervention team.

- Diploma in Mechanical Technician & Electrical Technician
- Fresh Graduate
