الوصف الوظيفي لمهندس جيوفيزيائي

مسؤولاً عن إجراء مسوحات جيوفيزيائية غير غازية من سطح الأرض لتوفير صور أو نماذج للظروف تحت السطح. مسؤولا عن تحديد أهداف المسح و عن تصمم مناهج المسح وتحلل البيانات الجيوفيزيائية الناتجة و وتقدم تفسيرًا للنتائج و دمج هذه النتائج في تخطيط وتصميم وبناء البنية التحتية الحيوية مثل الطرق والأنفاق والمطارات ومدافن النفايات وإمدادات المياه وغيرها من المرافق

مسؤولا عن تقديم توصيات لتصميم المشاريع الصغيرة ذات الحد الأدنى من التعقيد. وتشمل التقنيات GPR، أو MASW الزلزالية، والمقاومة، وغيرها

مساعده كبار الجيوفيزيائيين في المشاريع الكبيرة والأكثر تعقيدًا.

مسؤولا عن زيارات الموقع والملاحظات الميدانية وجمع البيانات الميدانية.

يعالج ويقيم ويفسر البيانات الجيوفيزيائية المعقدة ويجمعها في تقارير مكتوبة

يُفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الجيولوجيا أو الجيوفيزياء

Job description..

This position is for geoscientist who will be responsible for performing non-invasive geophysical surveys from the ground surface to provide images or models of subsurface conditions. You will define survey objectives, design survey approaches, analyze the resulting geophysical data, and provide interpretation of results. These results are incorporated into the planning, design and construction of vital infrastructure such as roads, tunnels, airports, landfills, water supplies, and other facilities.....

Proficient Geophysicist responsible for conducting geophysical surveys and making recommendations for design on smaller projects of mínimal complexity. Techniques include GPR, seismic MASW or, resistivity, and others.......

May assist more senior Geophysicists on large, more complex projects.

Performs site visits, field observations and field data collection.

Responsible for developing written proposals and reports to clients for approval by senior level professionals.

Processes, evaluates, and interprets moderately complex geophysical data and assembles in written reports...

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in a Geology or Geophysics degree preferred
