**Core Responsibilities - Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, Logistics**:

- **Demand & Supply Planning**: Support the end-to-end demand and supply planning cycle to maintain optimal product availability, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.

- **Inventory Optimization**: Monitor stock levels and forecast requirements, collaborating with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to align inventory with business targets and sales trends.

- **Logistics & Distribution**: Oversee the movement of goods between suppliers, distribution centers, and customer touchpoints. Coordinate shipments, schedule deliveries, and partner with logistics providers to ensure timely fulfillment.

- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Collect and analyze supply chain data, generate regular performance reports, and recommend improvements to support decision-making and drive operational excellence.

- **Process Improvement**: Evaluate and streamline processes to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve cost-effectiveness through best practices and technology.

- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with commercial, procurement, IT, and warehouse teams to execute integrated business and supply plans for seamless operations.

- **Compliance & Quality**: Ensure all supply chain activities adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and quality requirements.

**Skills and Qualifications - Supply Chain Optimization, Logistics, Data Analytics**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience**:2+ years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory control, or related areas within retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer goods environments.

- **Analytical Skills**: Proficient with data analysis, forecasting tools, and Excel or other data management platforms.

- **Planning & Organization**: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize needs, and adapt quickly within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- **Attention to Detail**: Commitment to maintaining accurate records, monitoring supply chain metrics, and proactively addressing discrepancies.
