Sales Leader

The Sales Leader has accountability to the orders growth of Instrumented Control and Safety System (ICSS) across the assigned industries. Driving strategic plans in collaboration with the regional project pursuit team, strategic account team and global organization. This will require creative thinking, driving for results, flexibility, and an understanding of the cultural and business norms in the region.
**Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following**:
- Lead sales & business development initiatives across assigned industries
- Meet or exceed territory financial objectives required in support of the SYSS western region business plan.
- Collaborate with and support sales representatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for projects. Maintain an accurate project pursuit list and provide monthly reports and forecasts.
- Prepare and present marketing forecasts, pricing surveys, competitor intelligence and country marketing plans
- Work closely with proposal generation group to ensure all offers reflect customer needs, are forecasted, competitively priced and are submitted on time.
- Improve customer satisfaction by finding solutions to their needs
- Take a pro-active role in working with the Emerson Global Project Pursuit Team and Key Account Managers to identify, qualify and pursue control system projects to achieve order conversion and increase the potential for process systems and solutions products and services.
- Develop long-term relationships with senior management within customer accounts to ensure awareness of the capabilities of Emerson Process Management.
- Promote the business benefits of Emerson Industrial Software technologies to customers.
- Profile accounts and establish a clear understanding of business plans and process control requirements.
- Capture customer key business drivers and ensure inclusion within Emerson proposals.
- Improve revenue and profit from the existing installed base.
- Actively drive collaboration with WA Sales and Businesses
- Drive and achieve Safety Targets and Own Safety Culture
**What do I need to be considered for this role?**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (engineering degree desired)
- 12-15 Years direct sales and sales management experience in Saudi Arabia
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth
