**Job Context**:Working as a Senior Sourcing Engineer entails leading the efforts in exploring, initiating, developing, and validating opportunities in supply chain management, quality improvements, cost savings, and other sourcing-related opportunities.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop and implement the material and services sourcing strategies, policies, and procedures in conjunction with all concerned personnel.
- Identify and evaluate strategic suppliers for all the identified goods and services categories.
- Categorize Goods and services to ensure the optimum segmentation of the Supply Chain.
- Develop Supplier selection criteria based on the company business strategies to develop an approved supplier list that provides a competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery, and technology.
- Use project management skills and tools to investigate alternate component technologies for improved quality and reliability and implement changes.
- Develop baseline/ current spend analysis to determine the appropriate sourcing strategy.
- Conduct a market assessment of suppliers and their supply chain.
- Monitor business trends and product availability to pay the best price for materials without sacrificing quality or delivery times.
- Analyze and interpret market conditions, trends, and data to identify market opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance business performance through improved analytics and reporting.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:

- Bachelor's University Degree in related Engineering Disciplines.
- Certification in SCM/PMP or related professional certification.
- A minimum of 9-15 years of experience in the related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving Skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good Interpersonal Skills.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
