- Secure DevOps Pipeline:

- Design, implement, and maintain a secure DevOps pipeline for software development.
- Collaboration with Development Teams:

- Work closely with software development teams to integrate security controls throughout the development process.
- Security Reviews and Assessments:

- Monitoring and Incident Response:

- Design and implement security monitoring and incident response capabilities.
- Policy Development:

- Technology Research:

- Research and evaluate new security technologies and tools to enhance the organization's security posture.

- Training and Awareness:

- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, security, and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing secure software development practices.
- Knowledge:

- In-depth knowledge of security principles, standards, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architecture.
- Technical Proficiency:

- Experience with DevOps tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
- Communication Skills:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications:

- Relevant industry certifications, such as Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP) or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), are preferred.
- Operational Capabilities:

- Ability to operate security solutions at Lendo and adopt Lendo's DevOps infrastructure while securing IT with expertise.
