Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Contracts Manager Precast Yard **to join our team in NEOM. Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable urban living by contributing to the design and implementation of cutting-edge electrical systems for NEOM THE Line. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of innovative technologies and energy-efficient solutions.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Ensure designs adhere to international standards, local regulations, and NEOM's stringent sustainability guidelines.
- Utilize advanced engineering tools and software to create detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and 3D models
- Conduct load calculations, short-circuit analysis, and voltage drop calculations to optimize system performance
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Play an integral role in the design and development of complex electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems
- Implement rigorous quality control procedures to ensure compliance with design standards and specifications.
- Review design documents and drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct site inspections to verify installation and commissioning activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical engineering, including sustainable technologies and smart building solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Conduct research and feasibility studies to explore innovative solutions for NEOM THE Line.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical design, preferably in large-scale, complex projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards, such as NEC, IEC, and local regulations.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A passion for sustainable design and innovative technologies.
