As a Quantity Surveyor at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost and commercial management on a range of civil engineering projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review cost estimates for construction projects.
- Evaluate bids and proposals from contractors and subcontractors.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues.
- Prepare and analyze project reports, including cash flow forecasts.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality, health, and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying techniques and principles.
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working on civil engineering projects is preferred.
