- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using data and metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to enhance marketing reach.
- Managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring cost-efficiency in marketing activities.
- Developing strategies to engage and retain customers, including loyalty programs and customer feedback mechanisms.
- Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate them into marketing strategies.
- Ensuring all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, including data privacy and advertising regulations.
- Evaluating the return on investment of marketing activities and adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
- Identifying and establishing partnerships or alliances that can benefit the company.

- Support executive director per company directions in which related to marketing

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Marketing.
- Master’s degree is plus.

**Experience**
- 4+ years’ experience in marketing/branding. Managed marketing budget with marketing campaign.
- Strong understanding of Marketing executionsin Retail
- Execution at high level.
- Effective communicator across all levels.
- Collaboration with others.
