Design Review**: Lead the review of complex structural designs for mega projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices. Provide constructive feedback to optimize design solutions.
- ** Project Management**: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- ** Construction Supervision**: Provide on-site supervision during the construction phase, ensuring that structural elements are built according to the approved designs and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain documentation of construction progress.
- ** Technical Expertise**: Evaluate and implement innovative engineering solutions to complex design challenges. Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and materials.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of structural components within the overall project design.
- ** Mentorship**: Guide and mentor junior engineers and interns, fostering professional growth and technical expertise within the team.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all engineering work complies with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- 15+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on mega projects (e.g., high-rise buildings, hotels & Mosques).
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and safety practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
