We are hiring Facilities Inspector - Civil in Riyadh to conduct regular on-site supervision of facility systems, including Civil, Structural, finishing and Landscaping to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.

**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Conduct regular on-site inspections of facility systems, including Civil, Structural, Finishings, and landscape to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure workmanship and materials meet the required quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Identify and document non-conformances during construction, issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and following up on corrective actions implemented by contractors.
- Verify compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, ensuring all facility-related installations align with regulatory requirements.
- Observe and verify the performance of systems during testing and commissioning, ensuring they meet functional and operational criteria as per the project specifications.
- Check and validate materials delivered to the site, ensuring they meet specified standards and are free from damage or defects.
- Ensure adherence to approved QA/QC procedures for all facility-related works, escalating any issues to the project management team as necessary.
- Assist in reviewing as-built documentation, ensuring that it accurately reflects the installed systems and is ready for handover.
- Prepare and submit detailed inspection and progress reports, documenting findings and providing recommendations for corrective measures to the project management team.
- Support the contractor in preparing O&M documentation, ensuring it is complete and accurate for future facility maintenance and operations.
- Ensure proper tagging and documentation of assets, facilitating a smooth transition to facility operation and maintenance teams.
- Monitor the implementation of remedial actions for identified deficiencies, ensuring issues are resolved before handover.
- Support the preparation of lessons learned reports, documenting inspection-related insights to improve future projects.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in architectural or civil engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities inspection or construction supervision, preferably in a Project Management and Construction Supervision environment.
- Knowledge of facility systems (Arch, Landscape, Structural & Civil) and relevant codes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, with experience in technical drawings and reporting.
