**Job Purpose**

Develop and produce precise AutoCAD drawings and designs to support the theming construction projects, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with creative concepts to achieve high-quality project deliverables.

**Accountabilities**
- Create detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for theming projects to ensure clarity and precision in construction and production.
- Interpret design concepts and translate them into technical drawings to facilitate accurate fabrication and installation processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to review design requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Update and modify drawings based on client or project manager feedback to maintain alignment with project objectives.
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and company guidelines to maintain consistency and safety.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers to resolve design conflicts and improve project outcomes.
- Organize and maintain drawing files and records to ensure easy access and version control.
- Provide technical support during the construction phase to address design-related challenges.

**Role RequirementsEssential Requirements**

**Qualifications and Education**:

- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field with a focus on design.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with AutoCAD in a construction or theming environment.
- Proven experience in creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings for theming or similar projects.

**Training**:

- Formal training in AutoCAD software with advanced proficiency.

**Specialized Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong understanding of construction detailing and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with other design tools like SketchUp or Revit.
- Ability to interpret artistic designs into practical technical drawings.

**Preferable Requirements**

**Qualifications and Education**:

- Additional certification in 3D modeling or rendering.

**Experience**:

- Experience in large-scale themed entertainment projects or creative environments.

**Training**:

- Workshops or training in the latest versions of AutoCAD or related software.

**Specialized Knowledge and Skills**:

- Knowledge of international building codes and standards.
- Basic understanding of fabrication processes and techniques used in theming projects.
