**Duties and Responsibilities**

Analyze, design, and develop training programs for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF).

Recommend changes to current curriculum and training program.

Responsible for piloting courses in classroom, organizing and attending analysis workshops, and conducting front-end-analysis of courses needed to be created.

Responsible for developing instructor-led training, including course control documents, trainee guides, lesson plans and interactive multimedia.

Reports to the Senior Curriculum Manager and other contractor-related management as needed.

**Qualification**

Bachelor's with 0 - 2 years (or commensurate experience in an education-related field or instructional design with a high level of specific experiences in RSNF or USN systems.)

Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a curriculum developer or training analyst.

Must have excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Must be a Saudi Arabia citizen.

- Conduct Front-end Analysis
- Have PADDIE (+M) experience
- Work in collaboration on curriculum products
- Develop and maintain curriculum development schedule
- Excellent Adobe knowledge
- Excellent Microsoft Office Knowledge
- Excellent English language proficiency (read/write)
- Great communication skills
