The Technician II reports to the Site Manager. A Technician II's primary duties include but not limited to:

- Applies comprehensive technical knowledge to solve complex problems/tasks by interpreting manufactures manuals, schematics or similar documents.
- Performs such tasks as replacing components and wiring circuits, repairing complex electronic equipment, and taking test readings using common instruments such as digital multimeters, signal generators, semiconductor testers, curve tracers, oscilloscopes etc.
- Be knowledgeable on computer systems/operations and able to competently function/operate in a computer rich environment
- Work requires familiarity with the interrelationship of circuits and judgment in planning work sequence and in selecting tools and test equipment.
- May provide guidance to lower level technicians.
- Perform comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance activities to simulation equipment.
- Work any shift and weekends as specified by Contract for this site.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
- Requires mental alertness and ability to follow written and verbal instructions given in English.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time, and to climb 2 flights of stairs is required.
- Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds.
- The ability to cope with stressful situations.
- Must present a professional appearance in demeanor and dress at all times. A Technician II shall demonstrate competence through satisfactory progressive performance as a simulator technician.
- Minimum experience shall include four (4) years simulator maintenance, or equivalent and shall be a graduate from a two (2) year resident Electronics Technician course at an accredited technical institute or the equivalent.
- Technician must demonstrate maintenance experience on simulator computer systems or equal in complexity to those computer systems outlined in the PWS.
- The applicant must be a US citizen, possess the ability to obtain a US passport and must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
