As a **Dining Area Cleaner / Steward**, you will be responsible for ensuring the dining space reflects the high standards of the restaurant, providing a pristine and inviting environment for guests. You will be tasked with keeping the floors, furniture, and fixtures spotless and maintaining an elegant ambiance that complements the luxurious dining experience. **Responsibilities**: (Kitchen Cleaner / Steward) - Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, including countertops, floors, sinks, and workstations. - Wash and store all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. - Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, stoves, grills, and refrigerators) according to daily schedules and as required. - Empty and clean trash bins, ensuring proper disposal of waste in accordance with health regulations. - Deep clean kitchen appliances and ensure all ventilation hoods and filters are free from grease and dirt. - Monitor cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed. - Assist with general organization and maintenance of kitchen storage areas, ensuring cleanliness and accessibility. - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures as per restaurant and regulatory standards. - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department. **Requirements**: - Previous experience in kitchen cleaning, preferably in a high-end or fine dining environment. - Knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards and regulations. - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest cleanliness standards. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Good physical condition, with the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. - Basic understanding of kitchen operations and safety procedures. ===== **Responsibilities**: (Dining Area Cleaner) - Clean and sanitize all dining area surfaces, including tables, chairs, floors, windows, and decorative elements. - Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors regularly to ensure they are free of dirt, spills, and stains. - Clean and polish dining room fixtures, mirrors, glass, and artwork to maintain a pristine appearance. - Ensure proper arrangement and cleanliness of dining area furniture and accessories (e.g., linens, silverware, centerpieces). - Remove and dispose of trash, replace liners, and ensure the cleanliness of waste bins. - Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of entryways and guest waiting areas. - Clean and sanitize public restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked and presentable at all times. - Report any damages or maintenance needs to management for prompt resolution. - Assist servers and other staff members with maintaining a clean and organized dining space during and between service. **Requirements**: - Previous experience cleaning in a high-end or luxury restaurant setting is preferred. - Strong attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the dining area is meticulously maintained. - Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures. - Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-traffic environment. - Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area. - Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ﷼1,500.00 per month Application Question(s): - In which country are you currently located? - Which country are you from?
