We are currently seeking a **Senior Design Engineer (Bridges/Structures)** to join our team here in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires extensive experience in design and construction of bridges, tunnels, and utility structures including Feasibility, concept, preliminary and detail design. It will involve working within BIM 360 environment to deliver all the design aspects and coordination with the internal and external design teams and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following**:

- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in the Engineering Department, a **Senior Design Engineer (Bridges/Structures) **is required to combine their technical experience and knowledge for the management of Bridge design by the client’s design consultants for its portfolio of projects.
- Support management of design activities and coordination of workloads for Bridge design
- Support Coordination and monitoring of the development of the design consultant’s planned activities and provide progress reports to Design Project Management, highlighting performance to plan.
- Ensure the buildability of the proposed Bridge design and suitability of materials.
- Coordinate and visit the jobsite as required, to resolve problems, interpret drawings and documents and provide technical support during the construction phase.
- Review contractor’s construction drawings, respond to technical queries and technical submittals to ensure compliance with design intent.
- Review Bridge design and engineering studies prepared by local and international engineering firms.
- Take an active role in Bridge design reviews, interdisciplinary design reviews and provide comments

**Skills/Experience required**:

- Strong technical expertise in bridge design, analysis, and construction methods, with a proven track record of delivering successful bridge projects.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, MIDAS, or STAAD.Pro.
- Familiarity with international design codes and standards for bridges, such as AASHTO, Eurocodes, and BS
- Previous or current experience in Saudi Arabia preferred
- B.S. degree in Engineering and at least 12 years project engineering experience.
