**Position Objective**:
Responsible for managing the Getinge business in Saudi to ensure all business goals are reached according to the strategy and objectives set by the regional leadership.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop annual budgets, profit targets, sales plans, and growth plans in alignment with the region's strategic objectives and implement tactics to achieve those plans.
- Identify, and elevate brand awareness, increase market share in existing markets, and maximize new business development opportunities through various strategies.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans in alignment with the region's strategic objectives.
- Design and lead key account management programs.
- Responsible for operations excellence aligned with the corporate headquarters' strategic branding guidelines.
- Manage every aspect of our newly expanding operation in-country.
- Recruit the best talent in this new market.
- Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development.
- Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships.
- Work to ensure deadlines are met, and budgets are maintained.
- Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity.
- Mentor direct reports, especially regarding our values and vision.
- Contribute to the overall global success of our company.

**Qualification (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)**:

- Master’s degree in management (favored), Engineering, or Medical.
- Minimum ten years of related experience in a sales company management position, preferably at a multinational company.
- Previous background and experience in the medical devices sector.
- Experience in managing large sales projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience in public tender procedures.
- Fluent English.
- Leadership skills - strong communication and leading by example.
- Interest in developing employees.
- Committed to reaching set goals.
- High level of integrity.
- Creative with strong implementation skills.
- Open and curious to learn.
