**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Oversee and administer all aspects of the project contracts, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contract terms and conditions.
- Manage claims, variations, and change orders, ensuring compliance with project and contractual obligations.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure that all contractual milestones and deadlines are met.
- Maintain contract records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in dispute resolution and provide contractual advice to the project team and senior management.
- Coordinate with legal teams, project managers, and consultants to ensure smooth contract execution and mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with WSP policies and project requirements.
- Ensure that contractual obligations are aligned with project objectives and financial targets.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to manage vendor and subcontractor contracts, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in contract administration, with at least 5 years in large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the aviation sector.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and claims management.
- Experience with contract management software and related tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Experience in the Middle East, especially in KSA, is preferred.
- MRICS, RICS, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
