We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Senior Manager - Corporate Infrastructure Delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our corporate infrastructure to support the organization's strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.

Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that our infrastructure solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure, enabling Qiddiya to achieve its ambitious goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the infrastructure delivery strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Manage the design, implementation, and optimization of corporate infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure to ensure maximum availability and performance
- Lead a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators, providing mentorship and guidance in their professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure projects with business requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Identify opportunities for infrastructure improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality services
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in infrastructure technology, making recommendations for adoption as necessary
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in all infrastructure operations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on corporate infrastructure delivery
- Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, storage solutions, and cloud technologies
- Experience in service delivery, incident management, and operational excellence
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in relevant infrastructure technologies (e.g., Cisco, VMware, AWS) are highly desirable
