**About the Role**:
As the Director of Quality Assurance at Rewaa, you will be responsible for shaping and leading the QA strategy to ensure the highest quality of software products. This pivotal role involves managing both manual and automated testing processes, developing quality standards, and leading a team dedicated to excellence. You will play a crucial role in the product development life cycle, driving quality initiatives that align with Rewaa's strategic objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Leadership**: Define and lead the quality assurance strategy to support the company’s business goals. Develop and implement comprehensive QA processes and tools aimed at ensuring superior product quality.
- ** Team Management**: Manage and expand the QA team, including recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- ** Quality Standards and Metrics**: Develop quality assurance metrics for performance improvement of all teams. Establish standards and procedures for quality testing and ensure compliance to the same.
- ** Testing Oversight**: Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, scripts, and procedures for both manual and automated tests across all product lines.
- ** Process Improvement**: Continuously assess and improve the testing framework and methodologies used within the team to ensure they are robust, efficient, and scalable.
- ** Automation Strategy**: Lead the development and implementation of an automation strategy to reduce cycle times, increase testing coverage, and improve the reliability of test scenarios.
- ** Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as the key point of contact for quality issues; effectively communicate status, metrics, and issues on a regular basis to stakeholders and upper management.
- ** Compliance and Risk Management**: Ensure that products meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 10 years in quality assurance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing substantial QA operations.
- ** Technical Skills**: Deep knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins), QA best practices, and software testing standards.
- ** Leadership Skills**: Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse and dynamic teams. Excellent mentoring and team-building skills.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a keen analytical mindset suitable for complex system analyses.
- ** Communication Skills**: Outstanding communication skills, adept at discussing complex information clearly and persuasively with various stakeholders.
- ** Project Management**: Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency in CI/CD methodologies.
- Relevant certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Quality Assurance (CQA) are a plus.
