Responsible for identifying, analyzing and evaluating of the organization financial and investment risks, and assisting risk owners, in coordination with risk champions, to develop risk treatment plans.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Implements risk methodologies, procedures and tools of Risk Management Division.

2. Conducts workshops with Organization’s entities and risk owners to identify, analyze and evaluate financial risks.

3. Assists risk owners in developing risk treatment plans, in coordination with risk champions, and in line with risk appetite set limits.

4. Updates Risk Register with the emerging financial risks and maps these risks to concerned Organization’s entities.

5. Develops and/or maintains appropriate benchmarks for all financial risks arising from treasury and investment operations.

6. Monitors investments assets distribution and risk exposure to market risks, and analyzes the Organization’s financial models and investment class allocations.

7. Assists in the development and updates the Organization’s risk universe and risk appetite as well as assisting in development of the Annual Risk Assessment Plan.

8. Continuously monitors the exposure level to financial risks that are within the risk limits set in the risk appetite.

9. Develops key risk indicators for significant financial risks and monitors their readings to ensure that risks are managed within the limits set in risk appetite.

10. Maintains all documents, plans and records related to financial risks in accordance with the standards followed by the Organization.

**Education**:
Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Seven (7) years of related experience with Master’s, or nine (9) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:

- Saudi National Only.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management is preferred.
- Knowledge of Finance & accounting fundamentals is preferred.
- Knowledge of Investment Risk Management is preferred.

ISO 31000:2018 is preferred.
