**Description**

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is looking for you to become a Foreman - Mechanical Process and Post Fabrication join our KES Manufacturing hub in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

This role is responsible for monitoring the mechanical process and post fabrication division by creating the shift schedule for each employee and to assure by following the safety requirement and reaching the delivery of the projects as per the customer needs.

**What You Will Do In Your Role**:

- Generate shift schedule and allocate the tasks for each employee (CNC operators, Assemblers, Painters, and Packers).
- Supervise the team to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety and quality requirements.
- Order materials needed for production.
- Monitor the team performance and ensure duties are performed efficiently.
- Report to management, any issues that arise during the shift.
- Manage the employees’ requests and ensure availability of needed
- Advocate and promote 5S Lean initiatives within the shift.

**The Experience You Will Bring**:
**Requirements**:

- Experienced in Fabrication shops of static equipment or similar field.
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in using CNC operating (Turning, drilling, laser/plasma and gas cutting machines and rolling machines).
- Experience in post fabrication activities (pickling, Painting and Preservation and Packing).
- Full understanding and ability to explain drawings and blueprints.
- Strong communication & organizational skills.
- Demonstrated EHS and Quality focus.
- Fluency in English

**What Will Put You Ahead**:

- Good working knowledge of manufacturing processes associated with heat exchangers, flares, skids, and pilots with international customers.
- CNC experience in heavy fabrication.
- Manufacturing planning skills.
- Experience with Lean deployment.
