Our Sourcing Team provides support for regional and corporate project. We are in contact with local, regional and global finance and procurement teams. Our services include collecting and analyze company spent data and commercial sourcing management in order to achieve the best contractual conditions

**Partner with the best**

As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Define and improve Sourcing strategies at business or plant level. May also include management of regional & business teams.
- Advises Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field.
- Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems.
- Leads as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event.
- Attend commercial and supply chain review with regard to customer tender update.
- Collect Supplier related intelligence, incl supplier overall situation, capacity, material price trend, etc.
- Prepare weekly sourcing summary report.
- Prepare weekly forecast based on OSD and key tender.
- Prepare monthly sourcing KPI performance.
- Prepare quarterly key supplier performance analysis.
- Deep dive analysis from various perspective, i.e. commodity, PO trend, etc.
- Work with strategic sourcing on potential new supplier development.
- Support site on critical PO delivery from supplier.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited universit
- Have minimum 10 years of experience in Sourcing.
- Have Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Proven analytical and organizational ability.
