**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:
- Maximum of 7 years of experience in software testing, specifically in the banking domain.
- Proven experience in testing **T24 (Temenos)**, including modules such as Core Banking, Payments, Loans, and Treasury.
- Familiarity with the banking industry’s regulatory and compliance requirements.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in **manual and automated testing** techniques.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as **Selenium**, **QTP**, **JMeter**, or similar.
- Familiarity with test management tools like **JIRA**, **Quality Center**, or similar.
- Strong understanding of database management and SQL for test data creation and validation.
- **Knowledge of Core Banking Systems**:
- In-depth knowledge of **T24** banking software, including the functionalities and workflows within the system.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certifications**:
- ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) Certification or equivalent is a plus.
- **Experience with Agile Methodologies**:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
- **Knowledge of Banking Regulations and Compliance**:
- Familiarity with banking compliance standards such as **PCI DSS**, **SOX**, or similar regulatory frameworks.
