- Serves as the assistance to the Aviation Institute Training Department (AITD) project management office (PMO) Assists the AITD Management in ensuring that all internal and external activities are coordinated, planned, conducted, and executed in a timely, complete and accurate manner**Major Duties and Responsibilities**- Duties/Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to department managers and team members for the Aviation Institute Training Department and Directorate of Aviation Programs. Assists in organizing and executing activities, including scheduling meetings, coordinating, preparing documents and maintaining files and records in support of operations and support functions for MNG Aviation Institutional and the Aviation Institute Training Department.
- Assists in updates and maintains AITD operational SOPs and hiring process.
- Assists in coordinating activities and processing deliverables for AITD personnel to include times sheets, travel request authorization, personnel actions, employee performance assessments and other personnel support activities.
- Assists in create, edit and format related documents, reports, presentations and other related materials.
- Handling general administrative tasks, such as maintaining calendars, processing related documentations, and collecting slides for MNG and AITD briefings and meetings.
- Other duties as assigned with in scope of work.
- B. Independence: Follows instructions of the AITD Department Manager and PMO. Works within the policies and procedures of contractor.

**Minimum Qualifications**-
Education Level:

-Associates degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

B. Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of secretarial, administration and coordination experience is required.
-Minimum of one-year experience in the company for program familiarity required.

C. Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:
Knowledge of policies, principles, and procedures.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to deal effectively with people in the coordination of staff objectives and requirements.
-Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
-Knowledge of pertinent KSA (Labor Law), MNG and OPM-MNG operational procedures concerning job related activities desired.
-Proficient in using productivity tools such as MS Office Professional software required (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook and Publisher).
-Proficient in Micro-Soft Project highly desired.

9. Possess a valid drivers’ license.
