**_ The role_**
- _ Lead and participate in projects focusing on operations transformation, efficiency improvement, operating model design, business-side support of system implementations etc_
- _ Work across investment value chain with specific focus on Techno-commercial due diligence, Process optimization and Supply chain._
- _ Manage technical and commercial aspects of bid development and project delivery while drawing in expertise from our global LR group._
- _ Support business development with opportunity identification, proposal development and thought leadership._
- _ Demonstrate understanding of Consulting service offerings and ability to communicate their value._
- _ Develop client relationships through interactions with client personnel, possibility to participate in business development activities._
- _ Contributing to engagement planning and ensuring that products/deliverables meet contract/workplan._
- _ Gather data and research information from a range of sources to provide clear, well-written technical reports._
- _ Competently undertake own work to an excellent standard and review the work of others, on time and to budget._
- _ Being able to manage clients’ needs in a confident, professional manner._
- _ To assess / recommend the time / value of the work to be undertaken for an internal / external client within an agreed fee / cost structure._

**_ What you bring_**
- _ Minimum Engineering/bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognized university and master’s in management._
- _ Experience in Business/Management Consulting, preferably from Big 4 Consulting Firms or other strategy/management/Boutique consulting firms._
- _ 3+ years of experience in the Maritime Industry with focus on Port/Maritime sector_
- _ Proficiency in the Arabic & English Language commensurate with the work (mandatory)_
- _ Conducted port & maritime consultancy studies, e.g. port development strategy, data analysis and presentation, port capacity calculations, Green and smart port feasibility studies._
- _ Experience in the use of structured problem-solving approaches / frameworks._
- _ Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients._
- _ Strong facilitation skills that are adaptable to different situations and communications styles_
- _ Experience conducting analysis (desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents, interviewing etc.) and synthesizing into digestible outputs (e.g. reports, presentations)_
- _ Experience with creating business development materials._
- _ Able to prioritize and work effectively under pressure._
- _ Strong report writing, verbal and presentation skills and able to review the work of others to ensure quality._
- _ Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate issues and ideas effectively._
- _ Be flexible, adaptable, and prepared to take on new challenges and work from other LR or client office locations._
- _ Be highly self-motivated, possessing strong enthusiasm and commitment to delivering sustainable outcomes._
