- **Sous Chef duties and responsibilities**:_
- Cook and prepare high quality dishes.
- Assist the Head Chef to create menu items and develop recipes and assume the role as Head Chef in his absence.
- Manage the kitchen team.
- Ensure that food products, plating and presentation meet top quality and serve in a timely manner.
- Ensure all staff adhere to sanitary regulations, food safety guidelines and hygiene practices.
- Monitor and assist with determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering food supplies to stock inventory.
- Train new employees and schedule staff shifts.
- Oversee and supervise kitchen staff.
- **Sous Chef Skills / Qualifications**:_
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures
- Kitchen management skills
- Familiarity with industry’s best practices
- Leadership
- Creativity
- Time-management skills
- Handles pressure
- **Education and Experience Requirements**:_
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Formal culinary training can be helpful
- Kitchen experience

**Salary**: ﷼1,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jizan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
