Siemens Mobility KSA is part of the BACS consortium which is responsible for the design and build of Lines 1 and 2 of the Riyadh metro networks.

Today, we are recruiting for **Deputy Test and Commissioning Manager** position to Join our Project Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent career opportunity for Professionals looking to join a truly international team in Riyadh Metro Project, Transit System.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- Assisting the Test and Commissioning Manager managing the overall Testing & Commissioning activity of the Siemens Systems (Signaling, PSD, Rolling Stock, COMs, SCADA, Depot Equipment, Electrification) for Line 1 and Line 2 of Riyadh Metro Project
- Following guideline of overall Riyadh Metro Project Transit System Testing and Commissioning Manager, and in close coordination with the site, internal and external actors
- lead and coordinate the safe and efficient execution of the system testing required to verify and validate the operational and integration performance
- Support the T&C Manger to lead, plan, and coordinate prescribed integration tests across integration testing program.
- Represent, together with the T&C Manager, the overall Transit System T&C
- Chip in to Identify and mitigate gaps, risks and hazards in the testing undertaken strategy.
- Creation of plans for the validation and the system test procedures, including Testing & Commissioning Strategy
- Support with interface and transition of O&M before and during the trial run
- Management of the system tests interfacing with Siemens systems
- Support with the setup of T&C program, the progress and the associated reporting
- Co-ordination of necessary means for the realization of the system tests
- Creation and assignment of the action plans corresponding to the malfunctions of the systems (Managing NCR and regression tests)
- Follow-up of the NCR as from the factory tests of each Segment or Partner until the resolution of all the malfunctions
- Follow-up of the configuration in the system test phase on site and / or on test track. Relation with customers and other contractors, under the authority of the Project Director, for all the aspects concerning the test systems on site and / or on test tracks
- Make sure that EHS targets are maintain to a very high standard, especially during energization and dynamic testing.

**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- Bachelors in engineering, System or Electrical or Mechanical engineering master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of transit system experience; specifically 5 years in railway, 2 years turnkey project Testing and Commissioning
- Fluent in English
- Leadership, initiative and decision minded
- Team spirit approach and good communication skills
- Broad Knowledge of railway systems, operating requirements, available equipment and systems.
- Broad knowledge of the technical management tools, calculation and simulation methods.
- Capacity to work in Team, Critical Faculty, Analysis / Syntheses.
