Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and educational philosophy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's curriculum and assessment practices.
- Create a supportive, inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Participate actively in professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.
- Support the establishment of school traditions, events, and extracurricular activities.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in effective classroom teaching, preferably in an innovative or progressive educational setting.
- Strong understanding of British curriculum development and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
- Commitment to inclusive education and diversity.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in setting up or contributing to a new school or educational programme.
- Postgraduate qualifications or additional certifications in education.
- Experience in developing project-based or inquiry-led learning experiences.
- Knowledge of international educational standards and best practices.
- Ability to integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning.
