**Responsibilities**:
**Patient Assessment and Evaluation**:Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, taking into consideration cultural and linguistic nuances.
Use advanced clinical skills and diagnostic tools to formulate accurate evaluations.

**Treatment Planning**:Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals for optimal patient care.
Implement evidence-based rehabilitation programs tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

**Therapeutic Interventions**:Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to address patients' specific rehabilitation goals.
Adapt treatment approaches to accommodate cultural and individual preferences.

**Cultural Sensitivity**:Demonstrate cultural competence in working with Arabic-speaking patients and their families.
Incorporate cultural considerations into treatment planning and delivery of care.

**Communication**:Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers in Arabic to ensure a clear understanding of treatment plans and expectations.
Collaborate with interpreters when necessary to facilitate communication.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in both Arabic and English.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation requirements.

**Education and Support**:Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and self-management strategies in a culturally sensitive manner.
Provide support and encouragement to enhance patients' adherence to treatment plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Proven experience as a Physical Therapist with a focus on cultural competence.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
