We are Looking for a Digital Media manager for one of our clients based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
**Title**:Digital Media manager

**Reports to**:Director of Marketing

**Role Summary**: Digital media manager is responsible for a company’s online content, from web design to social media presence. Duties include creating and posting content to the company website and social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, evaluating performance metrics and analytics for online platforms, recommending courses of action for paid and organic search, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Contribution**

Digital Media Manager will play a pivotal role in developing digital media strategies and implementing digital media plans along with online platforms recommendation with best optimized cost effective solutions. He will be closely working with Categories Team that involved all aspects of digital media planning from brand to performance campaigns. He will be assessing agencies performance, media rates and KPI for any campaign pre and post analysis.

**Budgeting**

Participate in the preparation and proposing media budgets and assess financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized.

**Core Accountability**
- Support Categories in developing media strategies and plans that are focused to achieve corporate objectives.
- Gather insights by using tools and resources to generate insight into consumer behavior and media choices.
- Working closely with media partners, creative agencies and Categories to propose and develop plans based on brand focus with best utilization/optimization of budgets.
- Coordinate with media partners and agencies for the execution of digital contents in timely manner.
- Negotiate / validate best media buying rates, with partners.
- Validate industry KPI’s to do proper evaluation / analysis of the content launched in market.
- Prepare media briefs aligned with Categories Teams.
- Assisting Categories teams to select the appropriate media for their projects across different media platforms.
- Scheduling placement of content on digital media platforms.
- Improving the brand's awareness using digital media channels such as Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all digital media channels.
- Keeping the online media library up-to-date.
- Monitoring impact and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns.
- Remaining up-to-date with the latest digital media trends and design technology available.

**4. People Management**

Ensure that all subordinates have clear objectives, constructive and accurate performance feedback sessions formal annual performance appraisals, and individual development plans.

**Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures**

Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.

**Qualification, Experience & Skills**

**Qualification**

Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, or a related field.

**Experience**

A minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing.

**Skills**
- Solid knowledge of design and editing programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of web design and content management systems.
- Advanced experience with web analytic tools such as Google Ads and Google Campaign Manager.
- Familiarity with paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube.
- Knowledge of the latest media trends.
- Basic budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget
