**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage HSE systems and organizational structures.
- Recruit and oversee safety teams, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Represent the company professionally in matters related to housekeeping, safety, and compliance before authorities, clients, and consultants.
- Prepare all HSE-related documents, including method statements, safety plans, and mobilization plans.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, Saudi Labor Law, and international safety requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, training, and incident investigations.
- Promote safety culture and improve company quality management systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required) and HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including 2 years as HSE Manager in construction.
- Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and ISO procedures.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive HSE documentation and plans.
- MBA is preferred.
- Must reside in Riyadh and have a transferable Iqama.
