We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor wherein you will be responsible for effectively supervise events location warehouse team in organizing & manage the movement of material in the most efficient manner for the project.

What you’ll do:
- Full responsibility of all Aggreko Events fleet in KSA.- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels in venue sites.- Coordinate and ensure timely deliveries of fleet to sites.- Maintain fleet health by upholding maintenance practices.- Manage and develop the warehouse team.- Give regular updates to the wider team on details on kit availability and utilisation.- See that all deliveries are made timely and efficiently throughout the year- Ensure fleet repairs are made in a timely fashion to maximise rental availability- See that testing procedures are followed to ensure the standard of our kit leaving the warehouse- Keep fleet tracker up to date to forecast kit availability and ensure we have what we need to fill our pipeline

You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Five years’ experience in a similar role- Fully proficient in MS Office Skills. Working knowledge on an in-house/company based SCM software package preferred- Good communication - Proficiency in English a must.- Should be capable of working independently, with ability to use own initiative and take quick decisions. Also should be capable of working long hours under pressure if the need arises.- Must possess good supervisory & Negotiation skills.- Should be well organized, possess necessary skill/ leadership qualities capable of leading a team, keep them motivated, meet targets and achieve results.
