In our 12 countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia) of operation, we are working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, through the development of nuclear and renewable energies. We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.
**Job Description** ROLE PURPOSE**:
The Senior PLM Consultant will implement, configure, and maintain PLM software 3DExperience from Dassault Systems. You will work closely with the Implementation specialist and project stakeholders to ensure that all business processes related to the program and project management are properly digitized and adopted by the end users.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Support the implementation of the solution from project initiation to project closeout.
- Organize workshops to identify/document business and functional requirements with project stakeholders and document requirements.
- Assess technical feasibility (gap analysis & standard vs specific) and document solution strategies. - Assist the customer in understanding the solution design choices.
- Prepare solution design documents, document high level and low-level system design deliverables.
- Configure the software and collaborate with team members to build the solutions that meet their needs. - Develop custom reports based on requirements.
- Support the integration between Oracle solution and other systems.
- Develop training materials for end-users.
- Train the project team members to educate and support deployment & adoption of the solution within the organization.
- Prepare and realize UATs, provide post Go-Live support.
- Administer and maintain the solution:

- Ensure solution administration such as user access rights, BPs forms and workflows, reports, etc
- Manages Users, Security, and licensing customer environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolving any issues that arise with the software.
- Maintain and update the software configuration.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Write, Submit and Monitor Service Requests (SR)
- Evaluate Upgrades / Patches / Bug Fixes and interface with the organization.
- Administer Project Archive Backup Solution
- Availability of support during scheduled maintenance windows for major changes to the environment, as required.
- Problem Solving / Troubleshooting of user and database errors.
- Provide desk-side mentoring of existing and new users as required.
- Monitor data and environment integrity and standard archiving/backup processes.
- Training of Helpdesk staff for Support and Access.
- Contribute to presales activities (solution presentation, feasibility study, effort estimation)

**KEY RESULT AREAS**:

- Good understanding of engineering processes and principles.
- Experience working with PLM solutions.
- Familiar with configuration, implementation, training and support, data analysis activities.
- Knowledge of project and systems engineering processes.

**Qualifications** QUALIFICATIONS**:
bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.

**EXPERIENCE**:
2 years of experience working with the Dassault System PLM solution (Enovia, 3DExperience)

**SKILLS**:

- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Technical knowledge of the Dassault Systems solution suite
- Problem-solving, written and communication skills.

**Additional Information** TRAINING/CERTIFICATIONS**:

- First Level 3DExperience Certification is a plus.
- First level SAFe Agile Certification is a plus.
- First level PMI certification or equivalent is a plus
