Performance Monitoring: Monitor drilling operations, collect and analyze data, and make recommendations for optimizing drilling efficiency and minimizing costs. Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to drilling teams on site, addressing any operational challenges and ensuring adherence to best practices. Proficiency in drilling software and engineering tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
