Social & Human Sciences Specialist (Saudi National)

**What you'll be doing**:

- Play a vital role in ensuring strategic planning, methodological support, and monitoring the implementation of the various input & output phases of Population and Social Studies and Housing.
- Collect and organize data from various sources, including Population and Social surveys, & administrative records.
- Review and evaluate reports from other consultants, contractors, or agencies.
- Conducts research, studies, and statistics in humanities and social sciences and approaches to Population and Social Studies and Housing.
- Assess projects' social impact and ensure compliance with social regulations to provide advice for developing policies and follow up on international best practices in social and human sciences in housing worldwide.

**What required skills you'll bring**:

- Graduate degree or Diploma in the quantitative Social Sciences or Population, such as Statistics, Demography, Sociology, Data Science, Sustainability Development, or any related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data collection, analysis, visualization, dissemination, database management, and research within development in international experiences, preferably in Saudi Housing regulations and policies.
- Saudi Nationals only.

**What preferred skills you'll bring**:

- Strong interpersonal communication skills & Excellent report writing and compelling oral presentations.
- In addition, the Knowledge of census uses, and complementary expertise in related areas of population and development research, including the area of sustainability.
- Excellent experience in constructing population studies projections Strategic Planning, and Methodological support of the various phases of the population studies and housing.
- Familiarity with version control systems for data analysis projects, is an asset
