Primary Responsibilities:

- Coordinates shipments of products by all modes of transportation. Maintains relationships and works closely with freight forwarders per ARM guidelines. Arrange transportation services to meet needs of customers and production schedules. Ensure appropriate documentation and accurate inventory transactions in support of providing service to both internal/external customers. Perform other work-related tasks as required as assigned. Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies. Arrange for domestic and international shipments by directly communicating with trucking companies, freight forwarders and export packers. Prepare all required shipping documents. Assist with traffic related clerical work and special projects as needed. Comply with and perform Quality Management System requirements. Comply with and perform HSE requirements for area of responsibility.

Experience Required:Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics.
