**Role Responsibilities**:

- Conducting thorough site surveys to prepare detailed reports and recommendations for upcoming replacement tasks.
- Developing comprehensive bid documents, including project specifications, RFQs, and BOQs, to facilitate accurate and competitive bidding.
- Performing technical and commercial reviews of subcontractor submissions to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Assisting the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with mechanical design calculations, drawings, and specifications to maintain design integrity.
- Formulating an execution plan and method statement, ensuring team compliance to streamline operations.
- Supervising the installation of VAC equipment, guaranteeing adherence to standards and quality benchmarks.
- Conducting quality checks to confirm system efficiency and safety.
- Overseeing the team to enforce compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintaining strong client relationships for a smooth project handover
- Project engineer for replacement jobs of HVAC systems in Riyadh region

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
- 8-10 years experience in Project Management
- VRF System and Chillers knowledge / experience
- Experience working on tenders
- Experience working contractors
