**Role Overview**

We are looking for a Cake Artist who will be responsible for designing and decorating cakes according to customers' specifications and preferences & providing suitable recommendations on cake decorations and designs, and packaging bakery items, managing inventory, ensuring cleanliness and proper sanitation while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Creating and testing new cake recipes to meet customer demands.
- Designing and decorating cakes according to customer specifications.
- Managing inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Ensuring cleanliness and proper sanitation of the baking area.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Creative ability with artistic skill in decorating cakes and other desserts.
- Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately.
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers.
- Check the quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
- Create new dessert recipes, and test new flavors.
- Creating and developing 3D Designs and must have experience in 3D printing.

**Qualifications**
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a bakery chef within the hospitality and catering industry.
- Experience creating customized cakes for customers.
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Knowledge and competency**
- Solid understanding of pastry and baking tools, and equipment.
- Knowledge of ingredients and their properties.
- Exceptional proven ability in kitchen management
- Ability to divide responsibilities and monitor progress
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
- Excellent pastry and cake decorating skills
- Artistic and creative.
