**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Plan and perform work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, delivering of goods;
- Maintain the Minimum and Maximum stock level;
- Assumes responsibility for organizing, updating and maintaining inventories and records of all supplies in the warehouse;
- Verify all goods arrived as per the purchase order and delivery note;

Schedules work for monthly and yearly inventories;
- Plans layouts of storeroom considering turnover, size, weight and related factors;
- Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and delivery notes are filed and stored properly

- Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items and report it to supervisor;
- Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock-control records
- Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations
- Ensure that FIFO (first in first out) procedure is applied for the goods
- Ensure that waste and disposal procedures are applied for scrap materials.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the management
- Follow company’s policies and procedures;
- Ensure Safety Data Sheet are available with each chemical stored.
- Ensure load capacity of racks is displayed and no material is stored above limits
- Report any environmental spills and other HSE incidents immediately.
- Follow company QHSE policies and procedures
- Take steps and initiatives to protect environment by limiting printing, energy and water saving

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and Word
- 3+ years of experience in Storekeeping, Inventory Control
