In this integral role, you will oversee the execution of the company's strategic initiatives and ensure they are aligned with Qiddiya's vision and operational standards. You will work closely with various departments to analyze performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and provide insights that support our overarching goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and evaluate the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Analyze data and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of current strategies and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with project managers and departmental leaders to ensure adherence to strategic goals and timelines.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for executive management related to strategy progress.
- Assist in the development of operating models and governance structures that support strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate strategic planning workshops and sessions to foster collaboration among departments.
- Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the market that may impact the organization’s strategic direction.
- Maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to align strategies and activities.
- Support the continuous improvement of strategic oversight processes to enhance organizational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy oversight, project management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience in performance measurement and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with strategic planning tools and methodologies.
