- Acts promptly and professionally when dealing with guest’s needs.
- Always ensures the highest possible guest satisfaction.
- Cooperates and coordinates with the Front Desk, Butlers, Concierge, Valet, Doormen and Bellmen abiding strictly to the established Operating Polices & Procedures.
- Maintains an excellent reputation in the eyes of the public, the owners, the management, the guests, and hotel staff.
- Builds friendly relationships with internal guests in all areas.

**Standard Responsibilities**
- Ensures that all duties and responsibilities are performed in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company Policies & Procedures to achieve the overall objective of this position
- Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution, and follows through when resolving guest problems. Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee.
