- Participating in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution.
- Attending and contributing to work reviews, regular check-ins, and goal planning sessions.
- Providing constructive suggestions and feedback to directors on the creative team, structure, and process.
- Managing deliverables in a timely manner and assisting the creative team in understanding ideas.
- Reporting on the performance of posts and social media pages.
- Drafting FAQ sheets and answering community inquiries.
- Scheduling and publishing approved content on social media pages.
- Identifying opportunities for content work to be performed for clients, with guidance from seniors and directors.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of creative content creation experience with strong videography and video editing skills.
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.
- Ability to digest and understand client briefs and requirements.
- Ability to create engaging visual content that aligns with brand standards.
- Ability to understand and maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
- Understanding of new social media trends, capabilities, and technology.
- Understanding of social media triggers and related functionalities.
- Understanding of influencers and their networks.
- Self-motivated, hard-working, well-organized, and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverables.
- Passion for collaboration and a positive attitude.
