**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Testing & Commissioning Engineer-Electrical** with a proven background in high-voltage transmission substations ranging from 132kV up to 380kV. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely commissioning of substation assets in compliance with SEC and international standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute **testing and commissioning of MV & HV substations**, including 132kV to 380kV transmission substations.
- Perform **advanced protection relay testing, configuration, and troubleshooting**, particularly for schemes used by SEC.
- Conduct **GIS testing, control and protection scheme checks**, and functional verifications.
- Identify and resolve conflicts between system requirements and actual design implementations.
- Prepare, review, and revise **engineering drawings** such as single-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, and wiring schematics.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure technical alignment across project phases.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and SEC engineers during commissioning phases.
- Ensure testing is conducted according to **approved procedures, safety standards**, and client specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum **8 years of experience** in testing and commissioning of MV & HV substations.
- Minimum **2 years of experience within KSA** in similar roles.
- In-depth knowledge of **protection relay systems (advanced level)**, including configuration and fault analysis
- Proficiency in **GIS system testing** and end-to-end scheme validation
- Strong command of **SEC standards and documentation requirements**:

- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid Saudi driving license (preferred)
