JASARA PMC is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Commercial Manager to join our team. As a leading company in the industry, JASARA PMC specializes in delivering commercial solutions for various projects. As the Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring successful project delivery and maximizing profitability. You will be responsible for procurement, cost management, contract negotiation, and risk assessment. Collaborating closely with project managers and stakeholders, you will drive the effective implementation of commercial strategies to achieve project goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the commercial aspects of projects, including procurement, budgeting, and contract negotiation
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage project risks
- Lead the procurement process, including supplier selection and contract management
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and provide regular reports to management
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Handle contract negotiations and resolve any commercial disputes that may arise
- Provide commercial guidance and advice to project teams

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial management role
- Prior experience in the construction or engineering industry is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of contract law and contract management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
