**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**

As a **Manufacturing Quality Engineer**, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

- Implementing and maintaining quality management systems in compliance with regulatory standards
- Leading quality improvement initiatives for medical device manufacturing processes
- Leading and participating in internal/external quality audits
- Determining root causes of quality issues and developing corrective actions.
- Supporting cross-functional teams in product development and process optimization

**Your Skills and Expertise**

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in scientific discipline, Quality Management, or a related field AND relevant job-related experience
- Knowledge of ISO standards (eg ISO 13485, ISO 9001) and audit experience
- Experience in quality assurance, and quality control within the medical device manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in quality management systems and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages

**Work location**:

- Travel to Solventum Industrial Plant at **Dammam 3**rd** industrial city** at least 4 days per week is required
